TERMS & FEES

As an independent consultancy APW Planning is able to avoid costly overheads and expenses that larger practices cannot. We are not VAT registered and therefore this represents a further saving to our clients. We therefore offer a high quality planning service at an affordable price to you. 

We are able to provide fees for a specific project or at hourly rates. Payment can be made in instalments or as a one off, which ever best suits your needs. Before undertaking work we will always provide you with our fee and an agreed schedule of work to be undertaken. Our fees do not include legal fees, statutory fees or other consultant fees that may be required in conjunction with your project.
